My stay at Grand Central Hotel Shanghai was quite enjoyable overall. The location is fantastic, being just a short walk from Nanjing Road and the Bund. However, I did encounter some issues with the taxi service arranged by the hotel. Despite that, the staff were friendly, and I loved the spacious and clean room that provided a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation.

I had a mixed experience at the Grand Central Hotel Shanghai. While the location was fantastic and my room was spacious and clean, the service left much to be desired. The behavior of the staff, especially at front desk and dining areas, was disappointing and rude. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.

I had a pleasant stay at the Grand Central Hotel Shanghai, thanks to its fabulous location near Nanjing Road and a quick walk to The Bund. While my room was spacious and comfortable, the air conditioning issue was disappointing, as it couldn’t cool the room properly. The breakfast offerings were varied, but not quite as impressive as I had hoped. Overall, it was a nice hotel, though some aspects could use improvement. 🌟

My stay at Grand Central Hotel Shanghai was a mix of good experiences and some challenges. The prime location near Nanjing Road made it easy to explore the city, and I loved the spacious room with a view over the main plaza. However, the service I received at times was inconsistent, especially during check-in, which could be frustrating. Overall, it was a charming hotel with unique local flavors but with room for improvement in guest service.
